تُعد القيم الإنسانية والحضارية أساسًا في توجيه سلوك الإنسان وبناء المجتمعات، إذ تمثل الإطار الأخلاقي المنظم للسلوك وتشكل ركيزة للتنمية والارتقاء بالمجتمعات، ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن هذه الدراسة تبحث في القيم الإنسانية والحضارية في السيرة النبوية من خلال التعامل مع الإبل من النصّ إلى الدلالة - قراءة تاريخيّة تحليليّة، وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المحاور القيمية الرئيسة المتعلّقة بالتعامل مع الإبل كما تقرّرها نصوص السيرة الموثوقة، وإبراز الدلالات الحضارية العملية لتلك القيم في عصر النبوة عرضًا وصفيًّا تحليليًّا، مع تمييز الدليل النصّي عن الخلفية التاريخية، وقسمت الدراسة إلى مبحثين؛ الأول: في القيم الإنسانية في التعامل مع الإبل، والثاني: في القيم الحضارية في التعامل مع الإبل، ويندرج تحتهما جملة من العناوين، وتم استخدام المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي التفسيري والاستنباطي المتّبع في الدراسات التاريخية، والتوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها:

- تدل القيم الإنسانية والحضارية في السيرة النبوية من خلال التعامل مع الإبل على المنهج المتكامل الذي جمع بين الاحتياجات المادية والقيم الروحية في الحضارة الإسلامية.

- عدالة السوق وشفافيته: نهى النبي ﷺ عن التَّصرية (الحَفْل)، وأثبت خيار الرّد ومنع النجش، وهذا يدل على حماية المتعاملين، وتقليل الغرر في بيع الإبل وشرائها.

Human and civilizational values are fundamental in guiding human conduct and shaping societies, as they provide the ethical framework that regulates behavior and constitute a foundation for development and progress. From this standpoint, this study explores the human and civilizational values in the Prophetic Biography through the treatment of camels, moving from text to signification in a historical-analytical reading. The aim is to identify the main value-oriented themes related to camel treatment as established in authentic Sira sources, and to demonstrate their practical civilizational implications in the Prophetic era through a descriptive and analytical approach, while distinguishing textual evidence from historical background. The study is organized into two sections: human values in dealing with camels, and civilizational values in dealing with camels, each with several subthemes. Adopting a descriptive, analytical, deductive, and interpretive historical method, the study concludes that these values reflect an integrated model uniting material needs and spiritual principles. Among the results is the emphasis on fairness and transparency in markets, as seen in the Prophet’s ﷺ prohibition of deceptive practices such as taṣriya and najash, ensuring justice and reducing uncertainty in camel trade.
