Saudi Arabian cuisine, with its rich diversity of Flavors and regional variations, reflects centuries of historical influences, cultural exchanges, and environmental factors. This article explores the dynamic evolution of Saudi Arabian cuisine from ancient trade routes to modern tables. Drawing on a comprehensive review of scholarly literature, primary sources, and expert interviews, the study examines the historical roots, cultural influences, regional variations, and modern developments that have shaped Saudi food culture.
